Sarkodie has opened up on the exotic place he shot his ‘Lucky’ music video which featured Rudeboy of the defunct P-Square fame.
The award-winning rapper took to his Twitter platform to gush over the Island resort which he reveals is called ‘Lou Moon’ located at Axim in the Western Region of Ghana.
The iconic rapper however insisted that prior and after he shot the visuals, many people kept asking about where he was shooting the music video but he remained tight-lipped because the proprietor of the place made him book the whole place for the shoot and charged him accordingly so he decided not promote the place.
But the beauty of the place and how the owner suddenly developed a rapport with him made him change his mind and decided to hype it.
He tweeted;
Before and after I released the #Lucky video, a lot of people been asking me where I shot it .didn’t wanna give it out cos they( the resort ) got me to book the whole island before I could shoot lol so I felt I had no reason to promote it but the owner became a good friend so 😊

But I understand, we approached it as business without revealing the client ( that’s me ) so of course they got to treat it as business
