Rev. Gideon Frimpong Opoku hinted the media of their plans to embark on a two-week communal cleanup exercise at Kronum in Kumasi.
Speaking to www.smilecelebs.com, Rev. Gideon Frimpong Opoku acknowledged the fact that, God lives in clean environments and we should always try to do things that will help keep God’s presence with us forever.
” Cleanliness is next to Godliness, we can’t live and worship God in dirt and expect his presence, no, that isn’t possible. We should always try to tidy up our environment.
My church and I have decided to embark on a two-week communal cleanup exercise to help clean certain areas in the community. This is to help prevent certain illness from attacking us aside its spiritual aspect ( cleaning to keep the presence of God with us).
” We will on that day clear our chocked drainages and weed some bushy areas and make sure we educate people on the need to tidy up their environment. I will therefore urge all and sundry to take part in this exercise to help eradicate dirt in our communities” he explained.
The clean up exercise is to take place on Saturday November 3rd. Be there to support a worthy course.
