Shirley Frimpong-Manso, 5 other managers quit TV Africa

Barely six months after her appointment as the Chief Operating Officer of TV Africa, Shirley Frimpong Manso has resigned from her post.

Reports reaching citinewsroom.com indicate that the movie producer quit together with other senior managers of the station.

According to the source, the resignation of the managers is borne out of frustration from complaints by workers who have not been paid for a couple of months.

Shirley was appointed to her post to help place the station in the better position in the competitive media market. This was after TV Africa had undergone rebranding of its porgrammes, style and content.
