Rufftown Records have announced they have halted plans of releasing unreleased songs of the late Ebony.
The decision comes after the late singer’s father Mr Opoku Kwarteng accused Ricky Nana Agyeman aka Bullet CEO of Rufftown Records of cheating him after the late Ebony’s tribute concert.
The Press release stated the record label were giving 100% ownership of the records to Ebony’s Father even though they own 60% of the royalties.
It however stated songs written by other song writers remained the writers’ intellectual property.
Rufftown Records also directed fans to Ebony’s father if they wished to know when those songs will be coming out.
The Late Ebony died earlier in the year after a tragic car accident.
