Entertainment critics condemn Dhat Gyal’s new music video

Some entertainment pundits and critics who were present at the premiering of “Welcome to Africa” a new music video by Ghanaian Afro-Dancehall teenage musician Dhat Gyal criticized the video of lacking the quality it deserves with regards to the scenes and the background set compared to the lyrics.

The song which features Mr. Sean talks about the need for every African citizen to be proud of the continent because it is full of opportunities.

Though the artiste received soothing accolades from entertainment pundits and critics who were present on the day of the premiere for composing a fantastic song, majority of them suggested to Dhat Gyal’s management team to re-shoot the music video since there are other natural resources which depicts the value and potentials in Africa but have not been captured in the Video.

The musician’s management team welcomed the comments in good faith and thanked industry players for their support and objectivity.

The Management team of Dhat Gyal, Holiday Africa and Zylofon Cash who sponsored part of the premiere all agreed to reshoot the video in order to give it the quality it deserves and put out the message portrayed by the lyrics explicitly.

Other artistes who performed at the premiering include Dzidu and Zylofon Arts Club artistes Xylo, Efe Keyz, Smokey and Ta Hymn.
