The eyes of YEN.com.gh caught some interesting and motivational comments in the comments session of Wendy shay’s post.
This comment was made by ace radio presenter Abeiku Santana. After congratulating Wendy on her one million views on Uber Driver, Abeiku further advised her to stay focus on her career and never to pay attention to doomsayers, fake prophets, and critics. Abeiku’s comments come on the heels of a prophecy by one self-acclaimed man of God who claims that he saw in a vision that Wendy Shay would be buried as a nurse. These kind of death prophecies became the norm after the death of dancehall star Ebony Reigns.
It is unclear why these so-called prophets only focus on celebrities, especially those in music and movies. Wendy Shay’s response to Abeiku’s comment revealed that she is not scared of such ‘fake’ prophecies. Wendy thanked the presenter for “encouraging” her with his comforting words. She added that “real people” like Abeiku Santana help her to stand firm in the industry.
