Charterhouse, organizers of the Awards and renowned auditing firm,KPMG, have repudiated all talks of foul play, stating that, respective winners, aside that for Honorary, won based on number of votes.
For the second consecutive year, the organizers of the Awards have released the results of tabulated votes, 2 days after the event. How this would alter the perception of Ghanaians, www.entertainmentgh.com is not sure.
In the not-too-contentious ‘Artiste of the Year’ category, winner, Ebony got 50.82%, Shatta Wale – 19.28%, Stonebwoy – 13.84%, Joe Mettle – 12.27% and Sarkodie – 7.39%
